Product Application

QXCHEM 5600 is suitable for alkaline formula systems and is compatible with 2-4% NaOH or KOH - it can be applied to acidic systems such as hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, or methylsulfonic acid;

-It has good compatibility with various chelating agents in the cleaning formula;

-Compatible with non ionic, cationic, and partially anionic surfactants;

-Medium foam surfactant.

Compared with multifunctional cleaning agents on the market, the formula system of QXCHEM 5600 and narrow distribution ethoxylated alcohol ether shows significant advantages in removing heavy oil stains. When used in a diluted state, it can still maintain good cleaning and oil removal effects.

For the cleaning experiment of train oil, traditional solubilizers SXS or SCS cannot show the cleaning effect, while QXCHEM 5600 significantly improves the oil removal ability of non ionic surfactants. In addition, low concentration QXCHEM 5600 can also change the cloud point of the formula to better meet the requirements of cleaning temperature.
